Pimp your pregnancy … and baby bling

When I was pregnant, there was nothing around really to celebrate the belly!! Not that I hid it, but there were none of the wild and wacky things on offer that there are now. The only thing I did was to get the cutest clay mould done of my children’s feet. Now you have an array of ‘pregnancy art’ on offer to you…

If you are stuck for a baby shower gift and don’t want to go the obvious bib and bottle route, then perhaps these will interest you?!

These are all lovely ideas and the same reason I started my businesses, as I think so much of pregnancy these days focuses on the medical side of pregnancy – weights, dates, measurements, diet – that it’s easy to forget it’s an amazing miracle and just a magical time for mum and baby to bond.

If it’s not too naughty to plug, here are some of my high definition pregnant belly casts in everything from real copper to leather… http://www.rockabelly.co.uk/galleryhighdefbelly.html – High definition casting is different to the type of casting kits you can buy in shops and on ebay and is best done by a professional. However, you can get lovely results too with the low definition casting kits you mention, and I have another gallery which shows how fun they can be to decorate.
